Add a New Payment Type to Your PIMS

To enable VetPayTogo in Pulse/eVet, a specific payment method must be added. Please follow the steps below to set this up:

1. Open Pulse/eVet and click on the Settings tab

2. Navigate to the Billing tab

3. Click on Payments

4. Select the Add New Payment Option text

5. Add a new payment method called VetPayTogo or VPTG (exactly as written). The type should be other. No additional updates should be made, however you can select Is Default if preferred

6. Back in the VetPayTogo portal, navigate to settings

7. Click Save

8. Refresh your browser
